After perfectly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit The M-2 Slip-On exhaust canisters feature the highest level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's M series spring-mounted slip-on canisters all feature patented and exclusive lightweight thinwall die cast aluminum one-piece inlets. The exhaust note produced by all Two Brothers Top Level exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters. The slip-on type of system replaces your existing "s-bend" pipe and exhaust canister. Two Brothers s-bends are manufactured from .035" thinwall stainless steel. They then polish them to a mirror finish. They use only #304 stainless which will never rust.Two Brothers has been using Carbon Fiber in motorcycle mufflers since 1992. They are currently the only US Company to exclusively use Filament Wound Carbon Fiber (FWCF) on every carbon fiber muffler they sell. They draw on only the best high temperature resins, and control a proprietary lining system adopted from spacecraft, for additional heat resistance.
